My mom, dad and sister flew up from Columbus, Ohio, which was a pretty big deal because my mom had never been on an airplane before. But she seemed to handle it fine while complaining that the landing was bumpy... But I'm thinking, "If you've never flown before, how do you know what a bumpy landing is like?"
On Saturday we went into Chicago... visited Shedd Aquarium, Navy Pier and the Magnificent Mile. We had dinner at Bubba Gump's on the Pier. All in all, it was a great weekend. They flew back on Monday...

All together... it was a great weekend. And I'm glad they finally came to visit us...
