Yesterday morning was the best weight that I have posted since beginning this diet back in January. Officially yesterday morning, I was 265.5. That's a total weight loss since January of 34.5 pounds! It's also a total weight loss for the "You On a Diet" portion of this weight loss plan of 24.5 pounds!!!
Pretty awesome. I've lost 1/8 of myself.
My hope is that by vacation (July 28th), I'm pulling 250. I think that's a reasonable goal.
I thought I would share the good news with you.
