A couple of weekend ago, I began working with a former student from Meadville as my weekend worship leader for student ministries. It's been great to reconnect with Justin and he is adding a much needed element to our weekend student worship service.
This weekend was the first weekend that we worked with a band. They did phenomenal. I was worried getting started since the group at this point is made up of a freshmen and a couple of middle school students. But they really did a great job this morning. I'm looking forward to some big things. We've got about 5 or 6 other students who want to be involved but couldn't this weekend for one reason or another. And it will be great to get them involved.
But for now, we had a really great weekend. Good job guys!!!
