Tonight the Cubs will go for their 10th win in a row against the San Diego Padres.
It should be awesome.
So far today I've:
- worn my Cubs t-shirt.
- listened to "Go Cubs Go" a couple of times.
- talked about the game tonight at least 5x.
- contemplated jumping on a plane for San Diego.
I'm really looking forward to tonight's game. I'm confident that Lilly and crew can pull it out. The only thing that I don't like about it is that it's a west coast game... which means it doesn't start until 9:05 pm and I've got early morning Bible Study in the morning. Ugh! Hopefully the Cubs will jump out to a 12-0 lead and I can go to bed at a regular time confident that they will pull it out!
